Uneven sidewalk cause by tree root is a tripping hazard

Sidewalk has sunk down creating a trip hazard, as well as water collecting in that area which can be several inches deep.

This is the "repair" job the city contractors did on outside of our home less than a year ago. The concrete has cracked, and it is hollow beneath.

Uneven sidewalk

This section of sidewalk has been missing for a very long time. The construction on Caroline started 5 years ago. Is the city just going to leave these final clean up items forever? Not to mention construction garbage left all over the neighborhood and then never filling the bags for the doggy bag holders they installed on the trash cans... The sidewalk here would take half a day to fix. Please don't let it be years.
