    No run off after roadway repair, anytime it rains major flooding, pooling and erosion is occurring causing dangerous conditions. When below freezing causes major ice issues that are also very dangerous.

    Owners at 2728 murkle has property run off onto my property and you can see the mud after each rain in my driveway and my hill is eroding. They also have my trees blocked with junk so I believe that will damage my trees. I spoke to owner, Kenny, he advised he does not see any problem with trees and admitted to knowing about the drainage problem but hasn't been able to get to it in the past 3 years as he is busy. Can you please help me? If you say trees are ok. Then ok. Need help with runoff also. Thank you
