718 12 St New Westminster, British Columbia, V3M 4J9 - New WestminsterOn Google Map part of this building is called - Taiba Musallah, Mosque. Today there was a religious event so there were many people in the building - cars jammed all the residential street around, this happen every 1-2 weeks . It appears to be operating as a Mosque/Church. I don't think zoning allows for this - not to mention a safety issue if they allowed that many people in this building in terms of fire code.

Water dischargeOpenNorth Arm South New Westminster, BC, CAN - New WestminsterNot sure if this is permitted or not but there was water spraying out fairly hard. It shut off shortly after I took this picture but the water wasn’t coming out of one of the designated underground concrete water pipes that are along the ditch. After the water stopped, I couldn’t see the pipe that the water was spraying from but it definitely eroded the bank of the ditch.
