Description

This is my neighbor sewer I don’t know exactly but it’s been like this over 3 weeks and there is a lot of mosquitoes and other insects that I don’t recognize, it’s a health issue and it smells bad also that mosquitoes and insects are ruining my house and the environment. I ask the city of Houston and the health department to come and take a look at this issue ASAP.
