Grass and weeds hasn't been cut. The owner is suppose to keep the weeds and grass cut especially around the holding pond. There are to many poisonous snakes because of this holding pond. It's almost the length of the street. He should fill in the pond if he won't keep the grass and weeds down. There is a metal fence that is at least 12 foot tall and the water weeds are taller than the fence.
