Description

A motorcyclist with license plate J27416 pulls up to our complex at 2955 156 st, sometimes very early in the morning and stands there ("warming up", I'm guessing?) for a looong time, waking up the neighbourhood. It's bad enough when a motorcycle rips past your house, it's unbearable when that noise won't leave...is there anything that can be done? Thank you.
