Following reported by resident:

"I am a disabled citizen that uses the handicap parking spots in the parking lot on Crombie Street and Essex St.

Between these two spots is a sink hole that collects leaves and water, and doesn't drain. Not only is it messy, it is dangerous, especially during the winter when the water freezes. It's very easy for me and others to slip and fall getting in and out of our cars."
