Description

I don’t see a category worded to describe the issue. Please forward to the appropriate department if necessary. Adjacent to 6181 Old Dobbin Lane (21045) the hillside between the parking lot and the retention pond is covered with litter. The upper portion of the hillside belongs to AA K Dobbin LLC and the lower portion belongs to Howard Research and Development Corporation. The Dobbin property is the source of all the thrown and windblown trash.

A. Trash (plastics, foam products, contractor trash, etc. is getting into the retention pond, Dorsey Run, the Little Patuxent, Patuxent, and Chesapeake Bay.
