I remember in years past there being a bucket of sand and salt on the Howard end of the bridge, which at least made it possible for anybody to spread it themselves, rather than waiting who knows how long for state highways to do it. (This bridge is owned by the state, not Howard or Baltimore counties, so I think in the bureaucratic scheme of things, the responsibility technically falls on SHA to clear it.)

This has been reported to State Highways @ 410-363-1315 for salting when we have been notified.
