Description

When the Prime Gas station was permitted by the Planning Board, they (and their attorney) promised to remove snow from the site and not plow it onto the sidewalk. Well, they have plowed it onto the sidewalk, blocked the sight line south from the corner coming out of Palmer onto Lafayette and made this intersection even more dangerous than it usually is because of all of the unsigned entries and exits at the station. This should not be allowed and the station should meet their commitment from the Planning Board meetings to remove the snow, especially from a storm such as we all just had. Pedestrians are now forced out into the street. Tonight, this will be even more dangerous in the dark. This site does not have sufficient snow storage for a storm such as this or even a succession of smaller storms and they must be required to remove snow (as they promised) and not store it on public sidewalks.
