Hi, there's a loud, annoying electric transformer noise since 9 am in the alley behind 425 Carnarvon St (on Victoria St). This is the 3rd time in 2 months that I've had to report the issue. What is going on? Please come and fix that ASAP. It really disturbs peace and quiet.
