Inspected 3/12/18. Sidewalk upheaval noted across from 5985 Sandy Ridge appears to be caused by tree roots from a tree outside of County right of way. Tree and the subsequent sidewalk repair are the responsibility of the resident per HC Sidewalk Code 18.402.(a). Offset sidewalk across from 5993 Sandy Ridge appears to be related to a water management structure; this location has been added to the list for work as funding comes available.
