Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. There is a huge animal issue going on at Sterling Point Apartments! There are many cats on the premises that are dirty, mal fed, aggressive and with disease! They gave my dog heart worms and hookworms, I had to take my dog to the vet and spend a lot to get him to even want to eat again! There has not been anything done over the issue and I believe it's a serious issue if you can't even walk your own dog without one of the many cats trying to attack him.. hissing and clawing at him. I would like for the city to come and get rid of the cats and get them treated. The apartments smell like cat feces and pee around and it's disgusting.
