Description

The empty lot at the intersection of Fountain View and Skyline Drive has become a tent city, with multiple encampments. There is trash and feces all over the sidewalks, and there are groups of people often seen doing drugs or passed out on the side of the road. There is an elementary school nearby, do something about this!
