Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Urgent! Fresh concrete has been dumped by 610 N construction contractors on Northbound Ella the entire length of road between TC Jester and 610 N loop. This concrete has VERY COARSE/LARGE gravel and has been spilled all over the right lane and bike lane. This is extremely dangerous! When it dries, it will be even worse as it is not just a little pile.
