Inspector I33 on site visit for construction without permit, made contact with owner. Owner stated he has plans at permitting center, right now he is only demoing at this time tell plans are approved.
Owner allowed I33 access to property I33 seen only demo going on no new construction or addition going on. No violation at time of visit,
