Q. What is your area of concern?
A. Timing - Traffic Signals.
Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Left turn from Hillcroft to Beechnut is about 3 seconds long. I go this way every morning and it is usually longer.
Q. Problem occurs at what time of day?
A. 6am-9am
