Description

The northside of this intersection routinely is not part of the light rotation. All other directions will get a light to go except those traveling on Champion Forest going South. And it may skip 2 - 4 cycles before those may have a chance to go. In the last 2 weeks I have been stuck 4 times here. Could someone look into this?
