Repeat offence.

A few days ago there were TWO of those garbage bins blocking the bicycle path and this item has been reported before. My thinking is that the strata (the bins belong to) has to make a change as they put out those bins on the street all the time. I walk by there often to think what is the use of a bicycle path if suddenly a bicysle has to swing onto the roadway. The strata are nod good citizens as they never even attempted to make a change.
