Q. Why is this a concern?
A. Need supervision and traffic control. Should not be allowed to close multiple lanes during daytime hours. Signal short cycles and lanes go from 3 to 1 creating a clusterf#*k. If lanes are to be closed, crews need to be forced to work 24/7 to complete work. If not, lanes should only be closed for work during overnight hours. Current situation is unacceptable!!!
