Thank you Mark. The tributary along the Montgomery run neighborhood in to deep run has quite a bit of erosion. Not sure of its classification and if it’s just considered a Stormwater channel but there is perennial flow and evidence of bank sluffing.
Sounds like multiple things going on. The end section of the pipe would be for Highways but the stream would be something that my division would look at.
