Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. The ditch in front of our house needs to be regraded as it has a high spot and therefore my neighbor's ditch is unable to drain. this is a hazard as it is a reservoir for mosquitoes and other insects and animals as well as dangerous for my young children and the other children in our neighborhood.
