Parking violation of RV and car next to it. Too close to stop sign, impeding traffic, sight light, and entrance to parking garage underground.

Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. Rv parking for prolonged period of time within 10 feet of stop sign. Also impedes ability to go in and out of underground parking for apartment complex. Rv and car next to it parked there because condo owner illegal put up curb stops /parking blocks in front of property. Inability to see crosswalk because of RV.
