A. I have reported this multiple times in the past. Here this date valuable Law Enforcement Officer is being used to keep right turn traffic moving. This should be done with clear markings, signage and lane dividers so it is effective 24/7. It is stupid to use officers to do what appropriate traffic markings and signage would accomplish.....
