Description

The traffic light on Huntington St. (to cross Prospect St.) does not turn green on a normal cycle The cycle often skips a green light on Huntington - the lights on Prospect St. turn green, yellow, and then red, then thpedestrian e walk symbolcycle through, and then the light on Prospect turns green again, and cycles though the pedestrian crossing, without allowing cars on Huntington to cross Prospect. The light on Huntington will eventually turn green, but often only after several cycles of lights for Prospect, by which point people often give up and cross Prospect while the light is still red.
