    A group of homeless people have created a make-shift shack made up of particle board, tarps, and other wooden materials. There are also outdoor furniture, clotheslines, bbq pits to heat up food, sofas, chairs, and tables. There are two small shacks, one behind 4608 Nett and another behind 46012 Nett. They are very close to resident town-homes and a fire hazard.

    The block of 4500 has permit requirements (no parking after 11PM without valid residential permit). However, the signs have been removed by construction crews. The only sign left is on the Stop Sign (Nett and Patterson) and is not visible since it's covered in graffiti.
