    Completely blocked sidewalks at Begibe and Quayside Drive.

    Crews have, over the past few days, told us "Sorry can't cross today" or blocked the sidewalk completely with work materials, meaning that pedestrians have to walk into the road. Flaggers did not help us.

    There are clear rules regarding blocking roads during construction. Do the same rules exist for sidewalks and pedestrians?
