The road has bulged up where the bus stop is on the north side I believe this happened after the recent road work done between 4th and 5th avenue on 8th street

This alley has had a bunch of furniture and junk dumped in it for weeks. It was covered in plastic, but now it’s all over the place

Dead raccoon

Sidewalk is cracked and floods during heavy rain. There are a number of elderly, disabled, and stroller users in the area and it's quite dangerous as the water covers the entire sidewalk with around an inch of water during heavy rain. Will be even worse when it freezes over later this month.
