    A telephone pole has been laid across the Benignus ditch. With heavy rains expected this weekend, this creates a very serious threat and danger of flooding in a ditch system that is outdated and already in need of reconfiguration and re-construction. that telephone pole could easily block the existing pipes and prohibit water from properly flowing during even the lightest of rain. Please have this a telephone pole removed immediately.

    It looks like this new build home plans to build a driveway across the already problematic Benignus ditch. Would like the City to insure that any construction over or involving the ditch has exceptional drainage so an already troublesome drainage ditch does not get worse. This is a fragile situation for many home owners who have flooded multiple times. if the city is sincere about preventing future flooding of homes, situations like this need to be addressed on the front end. Thank you.
