There are water bans in effect, and this spot has been reported numerous times since March. Water has been leaking 24/7 from this spot. A massive waste of water

backed up drain. I went out and scooped the leaves, but the water didn't drain at all. prior to the snow, the city blew the leaves from Columbia Street onto the road but no street sweeper truck to pick them up. complete waste if no one removes the leaves from the Street.

Rat holes. I have previously brought this up and my case was closed. The rat now has a family and has remodeled their den for the new family members. I think there might be a mortgage helper being added. there's at least 12 holes.

I think it's time to refill the bait box. this hefty little fellow is the size of a bunny. The hole is getting larger (cuz he's getting fatter)
