Greeny

There is a three point intersection where Huffmeister Rd. and West Rd. meet. Between the hours of 5pm and 7pm on weekdays, there is always a line of vehicles westbound, waiting several light changes to get through the intersection. Meanwhile, the other two streets meeting this intersection seem to get longer-duration green lights even though there are far fewer vehicles from those directions. So the traffic signal seems to be doing the opposite of what it should be doing. Please help. Thanks.
