At the font of this house, it looks like a manhole cover is missing - someone at some point put concrete on top to cover hole. It looks like a manhole to me but wasn't going to take concrete off to be sure. There are kids living at that house and next door so to me, it's a safety issue.

Wood Street North, just south of the pumping Station on the RHS - there's a manhole cover that has been partially removed. It's just past the Green electrical box but before the pumping station and is on the RHS. Something could fall in....

Boyd St New Westminster, BC, V3M, CAN - New Westminster
Approx. 20 trees were planted along Boyd 6-8 weeks ago. Unfortunately, no green "water bags" were added to the trees so they have not received any surplus water. It looks like approx. 10 trees are dead or dying. All the leaves on the dead/dying trees are brown and dead. Is it possible for someone to come and take a look and add water bags? Not sure if those trees are salvageable. THANKS!!

Tons Garbage under the Queensborough bridge from the water right to Boyd Street due to homeless camp. Tires on Wood Street near the pump station (by the water). It's really bad and there is ALOT of garbage :(

These people have cut down and/or are in the process of finishing cutting down a 55 - 70 foot weeping willow tree. I thought you needed a permit to completely cut down trees. What an absolute shame to see such a beautiful tree cut down.

There are dog poop bags all over the ground and as you can see, the receptacle is overflowing. This is a popular spot for dog walkers, I think you're going to need to check this one a little more often.

    Thanks!!

I'm putting this out here because we are starting to have the same problem we have been having for YEARS, The plantings in the middle of Ewen are starting to get quite tall: Wood/Boyne specifically (I am sure there are other spots). The plantings are starting to impede the site-line when turning left - you have to head into traffic to be able to see if there is on-coming traffic. As has been said in past years - someone is going to get hurt as there was mention of people unable to see pedestrians crossing at the cross-walk as well. The city needs to rethink these plants! Other spots have low-growing shrubs/plantings which do not impede in the site-line. What is it going to take to fix this?? Last year, the plantings got cut at the end of the season once they've finished blooming - plants over people.

It appears? That they have sandbagged over the pipe in the ditch - the other side is clear - I'll add that picture in the comments... I cannot see the pipe at all - bad for drainage....

Hi - I reported this problem a week or so back and it was forwarded on to the bylaw Dept. Today, this house filled in approx 8 feet of the ditch (there is the proper pipe there) maybe to extend their driveway? Not sure if this is legal and also, was the debris cleared? Can't tell now

Can you please provide some guidance or can you help resolve an issue? @ 721 Aldford on Annacis Island (yes, I know it's Delta), there is a god-awful noise coming from this place of business that runs all night long and sometimes during the day as well although, I suspect their neighbours have complained about the noise as we don't hear it as much during the day unless it's on the weekends when they run it during the day so forget about being able to be in your own yard..... It is impossible to sleep even with earbuds in and white noise playing, we cannot have our windows open at all and we live 2.8 Kms away! Our neighbours have also complained to me about the noise and being unable to sleep. I cannot imagine what it must be like for the people who live close to the swing bridge - it must be torture for them. Surely, as well, this is a WCB issue as when they are running, I've walked my dog by there and the noise is so loud, I can't believe that any hearing protection would work. It's a rythmic noise like they are cutting something - it appears to me to be steel. This has been going on for months Please help!

We have put up with construction noise from the Temple parking lot upgrade on many Sundays, including Victoria Day and this past Sunday. Are they exempt from the construction noise bylaws? It is 8:26 on Wednesday, May 29th and they have been working on that parking lot yet again after hours. They are running a heavy roller packer and a bobcat front end loader, it is impossible to even have a conversation due to the noise - ridiculous!
