    I took this from my car at night because it’s the only time I’m close enough but I was parked on a public street. The property behind it is a row for the electric company. It’s it electric company? It sure looks like a public sidewalk on a public road. I would believe the sidewalk next to the apartment complex or the trucking business park were public, but I really think this is city, along with like the fire hydrant in the sidewalk and the stop sign mounted to it and the hard rail for the creek next to it.

    Sidewalk has buckling. Also has overgrowth. Most of it just needs overgrown cleared and pressure washed or otherwise. One section needs repaired. Also old tire needs removed (per Other request). This sidewalk is less than a foot from a city road and at times inches from a city guard rail.

    Overgrown sidewalk which also has debris. If I remember correctly the sidewalk is entact but just needs some tlc.
