There is constant illegal parking on the 300 block of W 26th St (south side of street) Per city ordinances the street is too narrow to have parking on the street (there is no shoulder simply an immediate drop off into a ditch) The street is at most 19 ft wide Traffic is often completely blocked on this block and it is NEVER possible for two directional traffic This is a dangerous situation and it’s getting worse as what little pavement there is continues to crumble into the ditch The apartment complex there has a huge parking garage with ample parking for all residents and guests This particular section of W 26th is just too narrow to allow parking (as city code states) Emergency vehicles cannot pass through this area , residents can't get out of their own driveways,and vehicles are constantly driving through yards on the other side of the street COH needs to enforce its own laws and put NO PARKING signs up along this stretch (and enforce that to make drivers aware parking is already illegal there) If theapartment developer wishes to have parking on the south side of the street, they need to provide off street parking space not in the middle of the streets Those aren't available there and the street is impassable on nights and weekends i ,d

This keeps getting reported and keeps getting closed with a statement that it's taken care of. It most certainly has not been taken care of and the city is allowing untold thousands of gallons of water (for which COH charges residents as if it's f#%king liquid gold) and doing absolutely nothing about it. No crews have been out. No investigation has been done. It's just being allowed to continue for months with zero intervention by ANYONE in the city's employ. Stop lying and shutting off comments and start working!

Wastewater coming up from middle of 20th Street between Kroger to the north and church to the south Has been going on for well over a month There is always standing water in the street there - pretty sure it's not clean water

Multiple VERY bright lights shining directly into abutting homes and property. Apartment building has installed extremely severe lights that shine directly into the windows and lawns of the homes behind them. Lights are on all night every night making it appear like daylight in both the house and the lawn.

Heavy trash on curb for weeks. Was skipped by scheduled heavy trash pickup.
