There is an ongoing issue with shopping carts from the big box retailers being left behind in the bus stops and then being used as garbage cans (as the bus stops have no garbage receptacles). This particular instance is on the bus stop as we enter Queensborough. As a frequent occurrence, the cost of removal is also an issue (worker/hours) in addressing this. Can the city make an arrangement with the big box retailers to set limits as to where the shopping can be taken? I think tax dollars should not be used for this if a solution can achieve by the retailers (value village and Walmart) y

At the bus stop as you turn right onto the freeway there is a chronic issue with shopping carts from value village being discarded and being used as garbage cans (this happens across our neighborhood). The shopping cart issue is an ongoing issue that we have to contend with. I understand that this is in the freeway and transit issue, but the city should fix the shopping cart issue as it affects our community. The fact that there isn't a garbage can also does not help., and is a concern from the public health perspective.The city needs to take leadership as they are closest to the community and not say talk to another entity. oi

Third year (or fourth) year in a row that a request is made here regarding this city tree being neglected. Last year through this app we were told that developer had to deal with this issue - nothing happened. This is one of the first things you see as you enter the neighborhood, with the high taxes we pay we expect more. Will this get resolved this year??

The shopping carts from Value Village and other stores keep on piling up as more are added and people use them as garbage cans. This is happening at the bus stop going north before the bridge. This is happening at the door of our neighborhood and it is very unsightly. It is happening on the freeway but AllRoads has done nothing and perhaps the city could follow up on this as it affects our neighborhood directly - city should be looking out for us taxpayers.. Equally the bridge is terrible to drive on, potholes and uneven joints destroy our cars. Potholes and uneven joints are rarely addressed and almost never resolved/corrected.

Persons openly doing drugs in a bus stop, near kids, playgrounds, schools and likely with Substance use disorder (SUD) are camping on the bus stop. There are resources aavalable then in the vicinity. ilable

Trees & shrubs dying , watering system is not working. Last year it stopped working too. Apparently city contractor didn't design the system properly. If you can't fix it put water bags or trees will die.´

Garbage still all over the place. Garbage bins overflowing onto the street.

This issue was recently closed and has not been addressed in 4 years despite several requests. Every time there is some vague answer given. Many trees have been planted in the park nearby, no street trees have been replaced. Trees damaged during storm and never replaced.

This property always has (or very frequently) garbage spilling onto the street front and back. There is an increase in rats in the area as a result. Please inform of health standards.

There are people making fires and smoking drugs in a draught stricken park, the park may catch fire. People doing drugs and camping where kids play is unacceptable. We cannot allow this in our community and it will not be tolerated.

Again shopping carts from the big boxes being left behind. Very depressing to see urban decay in our doorstep. Can the city work with the retailers to stop this from happening, tax dollars should not subsidize the business operations of Lowe's, Walmart or Value Village.
