    Almeda Park Apartment tenants are dumping trash over the gate into retention pond. This is an ongoing issue. We have reported this in the past and nothing is getting done because they are not getting fined. They do not keep the ditch cleaned. They do not cut cut it down as often as should and it is always a mess back there. Our neighborhood is right behind this mess, it’s dangerous and hazardous. Something needs to get done please.
