    Yesterday afternoon I noticed the bollard out of place with no safety cone. As school was out, I observed many children nearly trip over it.
    I came back through this area at 5:30pm. The bollard was still out of place. So I found the bollard in a nearby hedge and replaced it.
    When will this be replaced with a flush mount?

    Construction fence has been progressively moving further into the usable sidewalk space. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters now have to cross into the cycle lane then cut back, all while avoiding the sudden drop into the drainage area. Everyone with sight impairment is in danger of misjudging the gap.

    Been noticing an uptick in the amount of off leash dogs in this area. Not just within the ball field but also on the greenway path. A fellow gave me some harsh words after I nearly hit their off leash dog while attempting to slowly pass them
