Where the newly paved portion of Ilchester meets the unpaved portion, there is an uneven transition on the curb side that causes a hard bump when driven over.

The sign with the flashing lights for the church (?) seems to have fallen off. The lights are still there, but the sign is missing.

Since Ilchester road has been paved, I've seen the corner of Ilchester Rd and Ilchester Manor Rd retain a lot of water after it rains.

The solar panel above the sign looks like it may have shattered.

There is a wire hanging from a utility pole at the corner of Royal Coachman and Landing Rd. The wire is tangled up in the trees.

A sign is need in the direction of Landing Rd travelling east just before Royal Coachman Drive. A sign that states something to the effect "Left turning vehicles ahead". The road is downhill, but before making a left onto Royal Coachman, cars have to come to a near stop to make sure no cars are coming in the opposite direction, which can't be seen until the last minute. Cars behind the left turning car often don't realize the car ahead of them may slow down and make a left.
