Missed pick up on the north side of Walmsley

Graphic and bad worst.

The interpretive sign is due for a refresh or removal and likely updating.

Would you consider adding an interpretive sign here to describe this city asset of public art. I suggest on the stairs next to the elevator.

The public art piece Floralume appears damaged. Also, since it has been installed there is no sign to identify the piece, the artists or an invitation to engage with it as an interactive piece.

The business sign or the parking meter are incorrect. Can you resolve this and either remove or reprogram the meters or have the owner remove the sign.

The street light at this location across from the utility box is not working. Do I have to call or do you have this in hand?

Two businesses are using the bike rack to secure their business signs. Makes it hard to manoeuvre a bike

A local business has locked a sign to the stop sign. With the wind, it had blown into the street.

Construction barricade has been migrating onto sidewalk reducing passage to just over a foot. This causes a challenge and possible hazard for pedestrians, especially those not able bodied, possibly school kids going to or from Fraser River and NW Secondary. Please move wall back off of sidewalk or install temporary sidewalk treatment until construction fence is removed.

Around 322 7th Street there are 4 places where the sidewalk is in need of repair. Hazard for those who are with strollers, walkers, canes or not able bodied.

Tree protection barriers in front of this building. 1. Items are stored insidea barrier. 2. Other barrier has 50% of fencing peeled back.

Note neither of these are huge emergencies, but this same site had removed fencing and parked an excavator which was reported, but only attended to days later after three trees were damaged. So based on their track record, it should be addressed.

The fencing and fottings for the landscaping is taking over the sidewalk, causing mobility issues. Can they move it off the sidewalk or work with the city to build a temporary access around their construction.

The renovation to the apartment building damaged the sidewalk - see previous submission. Now the work is done so it’s time for them to fix the sidewalk.
