  • 32 Pickman Road Salem, Massachusetts, 01970 - City of Salem
    Several potholes in this vicinity.
  • 19 Pickman Road Salem, Massachusetts, 01970 - City of Salem
  • 399 Jefferson Ave Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Several requests to fix the combination sink hole/ mound in this area are ignored. It’s a large street defect. Why has it not been repaired? This stretch has repeated, similar issues. Such a waste of taxpayer money.
  • Loring Ave & Pickman Rd Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
North bound green light is out. This is the lower positioned traffic light, attached to the pole, and not the one hanging over the the street.
  • Jefferson Ave & Willson St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Please place no parking here to corner signs on both Willson Street and Jefferson Ave at this busy intersection.
  • 16 Pickman Rd Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
16 and 20 Pickman Road. Previous pothole fixes need repair again.
  • Boston St & Goodhue St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Specifically, when will lines, crosswalks and turn arrows be painted on Boston Street? It's been weeks since the tiny repavement project was completed.
  • Dove Ave & Jefferson Ave Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
  • Jefferson Ave & Willson St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
  • 2 Goodhue St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
  • 402 Jefferson Ave Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Addresses include 402-408 Jefferson Avenue, near the intersection of Loring Avenue. Please post new NO PARKING SIGNS. There is no white paint indicating any type of parking. This is a very congested area and parked cars impede traffic from traveling south onto Loring Avenue.
  • 22 Pickman Road Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
In the street by both 11 and 22 Pickman Road.
  • Jefferson Avenue Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
Even though this road was line painted less than a year ago after re-paving, the paint is barely visible. Why is it so faded after such a short period of time?
  • Boston Street Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
I moved to Salem in June 2004. Even then, Boston Street was in poor condition. FOURTEEN years later, it’s so irritating to maneuver through the uneven surfaces and patchwork repairs. No doubt it’s causing a negative cumulative effect on vehicles when repeatedly using this busy road into and out of Salem. When will the entire section of roadway from Salem to Peabody be repaved?

Pickman Road Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
At the beginning of Pickman Road at the 1-A Loring Ave. intersection, there’s a large & deep pothole. Adjacent to yellow house that faces Loring Ave.
  • Pickman Road And Hayes Road Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
2-3 large potholes on the left side of Pickman Road just before Hayes Road. Will cause damage to tires because they are separate but close together and difficult to avoid.
  • Loring Avenue And Jefferson Avenue Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
I-A, Loring Avenue, is considered a state highway. There are signs all along 1-A that say: “State Highway Parking Prohibited”. In addition, there is a solid white line to the right of the travel lane and there are no painted areas to indicate a legal parking space. Why are vehicles allowed to park illegally? The areas especially irritating and dangerous are by Salem State University, specifically at Pickman Road and Jefferson Avenue. Please enforce the parking laws so that all of the commuting public benefit and not just those commuting to/from the University. Aren’t commuters supposed to park in the new parking lot off of Lafayette Ave? At the end of a long day at work, it is so frustrating to be stuck in traffic on 1-A North from Vinnin Square up to Jefferson Avenue. Better traffic light timing and fewer illegally parked cars might help.
  • Jackson Street And Jefferson Ave. Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
Pothole at the intersection, small in size but very deep.
  • Jackson Street And Highland Avenue Intersection Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
There are potholes and sinkholes on Jackson Street. This is a heavy traffic area so fixing would be appreciated.
  • Surrey Road And Pickman Road Salem, Massachusetts - City of Salem
Although there is road paint indicating driver's to STOP before making a left turn from Surrey Road onto Pickman Road, most driver's don't stop. And if snow covered, cars cannot see this stop sign. At times, there is a lot of vehicle activity with cars exiting the Pickman Park condo complex. There was a stop sign on Surrey Road at one point, on a resident's tree, but that sign was removed.
