There are cars parking on the south side of the street on W 26th between Ashland & Rutland outside of the apartment complex and they are causing the entire block to only have room for 1 car to pass through It is very dangerous, especially in the mornings and after 5pm There is no room for emergency vehicles to pass through It is especially bad on trash days and barely 1 car can fit There needs to be a no parking signs on the south side of W 26th Street The road is always being torn up and constantly muddy from cars parking in the ditch

The city has been out multiple times for a sinkhole that emerged years ago, and his re-emerged a couple of times since. When they were last out, they left this large steel plate, placed at an angle no less, over the hole. We assumed it was not a long-term solution, since it doesn’t lie flat on the street, which is pretty steeply sloped at that point, and causes a hazard to automobile tires and all the young kids riding their bikes in the neighborhood, a couple of whom have already wiped out as a result of it. The hole needs to be patched or a permanent solution implemented, and the plate removed.

    300–344 W 26th St Houston TX 77008, United States - Greater Heights
There is constant illegal parking on the 300 block of W 26th St (south side of street) Per city ordinances the street is too narrow to have parking on the street (there is no shoulder simply an immediate drop off into a ditch) The street is at most 19 ft wide Traffic is often completely blocked on this block and it is NEVER possible for two directional traffic This is a dangerous situation and it’s getting worse as what little pavement there is continues to crumble into the ditch The apartment complex there has a huge parking garage with ample parking for all residents and guests This particular section of W 26th is just too narrow to allow parking (as city code states) Emergency vehicles cannot pass through this area , residents can't get out of their own driveways, and vehicles are constantly driving through yards on the other side of the street COH needs to enforce its own laws and put NO PARKING signs up along this stretch (and enforce that to make drivers aware parking is already illegal there) If theapartment developer wishes to have parking on the south side of the street, they need to provide off street parking space not in the middle of the streets Those aren't available there and the street is impassable on nights and weekends i ,d

In January 2021 & last Monday, 3/15/2021 Pam Lowe, William Lowe, Ben Stroman & Julia Lowe Stroman illegally contracted with USIC & Francisco Valadez of Backbone Plumbing to - without my prior knowledge or consent - trespass onto my property at 2613 Beauchamp Street of which I am the sole owner, for the purpose of “hijacking” & attempting to usurp for the purpose of construction of a new home on a vacant lot next to blue house on White Oak Drive that said named individuals own. Per Ben Stroman the COH gave Pam Lowe permits to do personal plumbing work on White Oak Drive in a surreptitious manner so as to prevent Lisa Cashiola Coleman from knowing the intent of said four individuals. Harris County Constable Sergeant Davis met with Lisa Coleman at her property in January 2021 at which time he called Harris County Civil Deputy Bennett who stated that said four individuals & Pam Lowe specifically have no legal right to trespass onto Coleman’s property in an attempt to take the property for their own personal use. On Monday 3/15/2021 Pam Lowe showed up at Coleman’s property with 2 USIC trucks for the purpose of digging into Coleman’s property for the sole purpose of building & plumbing a new home for Julia Lowe Stroman & Ben Stroman. Harris County Deputy Betancourt ordered USIC & Pam Lowe off Coleman’s property. Formal complaints have been filed against said individuals with the Texas Plumbing Board.

  • 3416 Chapman St Houston TX 77009, United States - North
The property has 2 houses on it.
Both are unlivable and abandoned. The entire lot is overgrown and has junk on it. Both cars in the driveway have never moved. The house at the back of the property has vines and tree limbs growing out of the roof. A pipe at the back of the house broke this last winter and flooded part of our yard. The overgrowth from the property is bleeding onto our property and is a nuisance. The overgrowth is also affecting the structural integrity of the building.
