Description

There is a broken traffic signal access point cover in the middle of the sidewalk. It leaves a hole 18inches H x 12 inches W x 6 inches D. A new concrete cover is needed. An easy fix.

A. Concrete cover missing/broken from street light access point in sidewalk. Someone is going to fall in it and break an ankle. It looks like contractors who installed new Street lamps didn’t complete the job.
