water buildup outside of property line, located inside of ditch located on 8200 Jennings St. water emits a strong sewer smell.. there's no blockage to 8271 Grafton or water seepage on property.. previously reported and cleared non city issue.. why is this a non city issue if the seepage is on city right of way ditch in which is shared responsibility which property owner.. in which property owner is responsible for keeping it free of debris/trash not sewer seepage.. also the culvert of driveway under driveway needs to be flushed..
