Q. Why is this a concern?
A. 4 signals eastbound between N Post Oak and 610/Katy Road Ramp/610 service road are not in sequence. It appears random as 1 in 5 times they are in sequence. The other 4 of 5 times 2 or more lights turn red out of sequence on a section of road that is less than 1/4 mile in length.
