As we often require more information about the complaint, we prefer to speak with you to better understand your concern; it is also our policy to not act on anonymous complaints. For after-hours parking complaints, please contact non-emergency police at 604-525-5411. To reach animal services, please contact 604-519-2008 7 days a week (excluding stat holidays) 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
