But the adjacent property owner does not own the sidewalk and wants the city to fix it. So walk on the street when it is muddy and keep photos, so just in case you get a ticket for walking on the street where there is a sidewalk, you will have a defense for that ticket.
There are many and I mean many spots in the city where the sidewalk is messed up. And it has been that way for....many many years. And some areas it has been that way for decades.
