R. 3 new businesses opened at Witte and Westview and patrons are parking on the two lane Westview roadway against the curb, blocking a lane of traffic. There is a sign east of Demaret and west of Witte on the south side of westview (eastbound). I didn't look at the north side of Westview (westbound) but it should be checked.
