The listed address is 2011 Van Buren but the HCAD # listed is for 1122 Welch and the seeclickfix.com address is 112 Welch. If you can provide me with the correct address that would be great. Thanks

Hello Ms. Davis,

The correct address is 112 Welch Unit C. I believe we spoke a year or so ago about this property when your name was on the yellow violation notice that had been placed on the unsecured door previously. They then slapped on a large piece of plywood with a lock, and now that piece of wood is rotting and exposing the interior to the elements once again.

Of note, the piece of balcony I described above has now fallen off and is laying in the driveway.

This property is in a sad state and is only driving the property values and integrity of the neighborhood down. I have sought legal counsel on the matter and still nothing has moved forward. I feel a county or city intervention is needed before it becomes beyond repair like some of the other dilapidated homes in the neighborhood, especially considering it is physically attached to other homes.
