My issue is really just for the parking markings, since parking is becoming an issue. For something like that you would need to create a ticket for street hazard and detail your issue. They usually come out do a traffic inspection, and make some recommendations.I would ask for a crosswalk marking and signs for pedestrian crosswalk.
I have heard the city does not put speed bumps anymore.
I would suggest you make your ticket as specific as possible. They do not go to a location and look around. They do just what you ask and no more.
