Big hole uncovered in the road where they are doing construction. Looks like it was previously covers with ply wood. What likely do severe damage if a car goes in it.

Contractor has been informed not to leave any opened hole without a steel plate's secured and covered. As of today 7/6/16, no uncovered hole is found nearby Woodhead or Portsmouth. An email out has been sent to citizen. Case is closed.
